最新的NHS GP患者調查結果已經公佈，調查問卷發送給了9,469名患者，最終共收到2,979份完整回覆，回應率為35%。
這項調查衡量了患者在多個方面的體驗，包括預約、線上服務的使用以及非工作時間的服務等。
根據患者的評價，Cockhedge Medical Centre被評為沃靈頓最佳診所，整體滿意度達到92%。這一結果相比去年63%的評分有了顯著提升，該診所也是沃靈頓唯一一家評分超過90%的診所。
緊隨其後的是Dallam Lane Medical Centre和Guardian Street Medical Centre，均獲得86%的評分，Springfields Medical Centre則以85%排名第四。
總共有八家診所的評分達到或超過80%，比去年少了一家。
在榜單的另一端，Chapelford Primary Care Centre再度被評為患者滿意度最低的診所，這已是連續第三年。該診所的整體滿意度為52%，雖然比去年的47%有所提高，但仍然排在最後。
Cockhedge Medical Centre的評分提升最大，從去年增加了29個百分點，其次是Penketh Medical Centre（提高了24個百分點）和Holes Lane Medical Centre（提高了17個百分點）。
相比之下，Greenbank Surgery的評分下降了14個百分點，Four Seasons Medical Centre下降了11個百分點，Brookfield Surgery下降了9個百分點。
全英國2023年的平均滿意度為74%，高於去年的71%。沃靈頓總共有11家診所低於這一平均值，而有12家診所的評分高於平均水平。
總體而言，74%的沃靈頓居民對他們在GP診所的體驗感到滿意，這一數字比去年的72%有所上升。
